What’s Included in This Service:
Refrigerant Pump-Down (Gas Lock): Collecting and trapping all cooling gas inside the outdoor unit compressor before removal to prevent gas leakage and save refrigerant costs.
Electrical Safety Disconnection: Safely disconnecting the main power supply, control cables, and wiring connections to prevent electrical hazards.
Copper Pipe & Line Disconnection: Carefully unbolting flare joints and detaching copper piping without bending, pinching, or damaging the pipes for future reuse.
Indoor Unit Removal: Dismounting the indoor unit carefully from the wall bracket, keeping the internal drainage and electrical components intact.
Outdoor Unit Dismounting: Safely unbolting the outdoor unit from wall brackets, roof stands, or hanging setups.
Wall Bracket Removal: Unscrewing and removing indoor mounting plates and outdoor brackets, leaving the area ready for patching or reinstallation.
Component Packing & Inspection: Securing flare nuts, capping copper pipe ends to block moisture/dust entry, and organizing all hardware for safe transport.
